Paul Weinstein

Paul provides long-term investment strategy and advisory services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices, bringing more than 28 years of experience across technology investing and capital markets. He is a founding General Partner of Azure, with a focus on cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, communications technology, data centers, and AI-driven solutions.

Paul has served on the boards and advisory committees of numerous technology companies and has guided investments through growth and successful exits to leading strategic acquirers, including Broadcom, Salesforce, Docker, Citrix, Cisco, and Ciena. Prior to Azure, he was a Managing Director and senior equity research analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston, Deutsche Bank, and PaineWebber, and was a top-ranked Institutional Investor and Greenwich Associates analyst for four consecutive years. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Babson College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
