About Bill

Bill is a former federal prosecutor and accomplished attorney with extensive experience in crisis management, white-collar investigations, and complex commercial matters. He represents individuals and companies in federal white-collar investigations and criminal defense, as well as in complex commercial litigation involving cybersecurity, antitrust, fraud, intellectual property, directors' and officers' liability, and shareholder disputes.

As a former Assistant U.S. Attorney and Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, Bill brings deep courtroom and investigative experience to high-stakes matters. His government service included prosecuting and investigating complex criminal cases and leading antitrust merger and civil investigations within the DOJ's Antitrust Division.

In addition to his litigation and investigative practice, Bill has extensive corporate and transactional experience, advising clients on governance, compliance, risk management, and strategic transactions.
